W-Up

Tabatas (20/10)

  • Jog
  • X-jacks
  • Lunges
  • CC skier
  • DH skier

    30’s —30 secs of each x 2 rounds

  • Alt Lunges
  • Jump Lunges
  • Static Squat
  • Frog Jumps
  • Planks
  • Push-ups
  • Row & KickBack

5 Rounds For Time—Note time when done

  • 5 Reps of Anyway OH Press(Push-press, push-jerk,etc)

Men=80lbs

Women=40lbs

  • 10 Burpess
  • 20 Squats to Ball
  • 200m Run (2 Laps)

After our normal 5-10 min warm-up we broke up into groups and did stations. Each station was 8 min. 1 min recovery between stations.

  • Frog Jumps x 10
  • BW Rows x 10
  • Push-Ups x 10
  • Laps x 2

  • Stationary Lunges x 10
  • DB Thrusters (touch Med Ball) x 10
  • High Pulls x 10
  • Squat Thrusts x 10

  • Front Squats x 10
  • Dips x 10
  • Planks ( 30s count)
  • Laps x 2

  • Hang Clean & Press x 6
  • Box Jumps x 8
  • DeadLifts x 10
  • Jump rope x 25
