Tabatas (20/10)
30’s —30 secs of each x 2 rounds
5 Rounds For Time—Note time when done
Men=80lbs
Women=40lbs
After our normal 5-10 min warm-up we broke up into groups and did stations. Each station was 8 min. 1 min recovery between stations.
