Since today is my 36th birthday I thought I’d theme the workout on that number.

W-Up

• CC skier
• DH skier
• High Knees
• Squats
• Squat Jumps

Warm-Up II
Walk-out-push-up-rt/lft rotate-mtn climb-walk-in-squat-lunge-jack x 5

Partner Drills
Push-press—laps—Jump squats on the minute x 10 min (men—45/w-25)

WOD
Thursters x 36
Squat Thrusts x 36
Push-ups x 36
Front Squats x 36
Box Jumps x 36
