I’ve missed posting a few workouts. I’ll try to get the next several posted. Everyone seems to really be improving. I’m noticing improvements in form, intensity, etc almost every week.

    Great class! Just heard that this was once posted and that you discontinued due to the low number of hits. I will use this now that I know it’s out there and if others know as well it is a great resource and words of encouragement!!!

    Yes, we can and yes I do feel like the cabbose who is moving up little by little. This class is great and I can really see improvements!!!
