What is Fitcamp?
FitCamp is a total body training program designed to empower participants of all ages and abilities to take their fitness to the next level. This comprehensive workout program, along with the encouragement and support from others, will motivate you to push yourself to new fitness levels.
What types of exercises will I do during a Fitcamp class?
Fitcamp workouts are designed to help you achieve peak performance and burn fat. The workouts combine calisthenics, resistance training, sports drills, bodyweight exercise, core work and more.
Fitcamp incorporates short distance running/walking, weight training, medicine ball work, jump roping, bodyweight exercises, jumping drills, relays, team challenges, agility and power drills and partner drills. Each session will start with a dynamic warm-up & mobility drills, involve 25-35 minutes of “work” time and finish with a short cooldown. Fitcamp workouts are designed to make you quicker, stronger, leaner and more agile – whether you’re training for a triathlon or for your daily life.
What if I’m out of shape?
Fitcamp is designed for all ages, abilities and fitness levels. When possible we’ll show both high-impact and low-impact versions of exercises to accommodate all fitness levels. We are here to support you, push you, and ensure that you get an effective workout. However, we are not here to babysit you, if you are not willing to push yourself you may wish to seek another activity.
Will I be sore after the workouts?
You may feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days of class. After that, it generally is slight to moderate. This is a natural part of the process that lets you improve and build muscle tone.

Along with seeing physical improvements, Fitcamp will provide you with motivation and a supportive atmosphere. You’ll push yourself and see results you didn’t think possible. Fitcamp will leave you with a sense of energy, confidence and balance that you carry into other areas of your life. While you can expect short-term results, our program is designed to give you the tools and inspiration to achieve long-term success.
